Returns and exchanges

1. The customer has the right to return or exchange Products purchased on the website www.acnoum.com within 14 days without giving any reason and at no cost, except for the cost of returning the Product.

2. In order to initiate the return process, register your return by completing the form below. You may also use the declarations about withdrawal from the Agreement to the Seller, about which more can be found in our Regulations. Register the return with one of the courier companies selected by him and to address the return to the following address: Acnoum, Aleja Powstania Warszawskiego 15, 31-539 Kraków, Poland.

3. After completing the following return form, make sure that the returned Product has the original tags sewn in, is free from signs of use, clean and odorless. The returned Product should have its original packaging.

4. After registering the return request, you will receive an e-mail confirming the will to return.

Returns and exchanges acceptance

1.Your refund will be issued as soon as the returned has been received and check by our warehouse team.

2.Acnoum reserved the right not to accept return that have not been shipped within the return time limit, has signs of use or delivered to wrong address.

Refund

1.The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used in the original transaction.
